Beckford House & Tower are a coherent statement in a complex cityscape. These are residences created from the inside out; the physical dimensions of interior space creating a framework for the most exquisite hand-laid stone and brick architecture.

William Sofield is, at heart, a contextualist. In collaboration with his close-knit team of architects and designers, he has achieved a difficult artistic balancing act: creating instantly recognizable, architecturally distinct buildings that blend harmoniously with their Upper East Side neighbors.
